Leadership Coaching
Coaching brings transformation.
I coach with education, non-profit, health-care, and mission-driven for-profit leaders. I have deep and broad experience coaching executive coaches. I’m passionate about working with any leader, coach, or team interested in growing through coaching.
One-on-one Leadership Coaching
Our work together leads to transformational growth for you as a leader and coach, and cascades into your relationships with others.
Strengths-based Leadership Coaching supports you in clarifying your higher self while you learn to leverage your strengths consistently.
Ours is a space for reflection, discussion, and practice that will help you meet your goals, career aspirations and sustain you in your work.
Coaching provides the opportunity to reflect and take action with awareness of your strengths, values, beliefs, identities, emotions, skills, habits, and behaviors.
How it works
Together we customize your choice of 12, 16, or 20 calls, choice of strengths assessments, use of 360 and other data, observation or in-person visit.
